We Dare to Ask - Resource on our Baptismal Vocation

We Dare To Ask is a resource for small group faith-sharing and for individual meditation, featuring five sessions each helping to prepare us for Easter and focussing on the promises made at Baptism. Each session includes scripture, prayers and a reflection with questions. There is also a helpful introduction to the process of lectio and visio divina (the prayerful reading of Scripture and art).

We Dare to Ask is available as a 52-page, full-colour booklet which you can purchase via our online store. Alternatively you can download A4 PDFs of each of the five sessions by clicking the buttons below.

If you are a Parish please email aec@rcaos.org.uk to order multiple copies.

Ways into Prayer

Ways into Prayer

The Spirituality Commission for the Catholic Archdiocese of Southwark, in collaboration with the Anglican Diocese of Rochester, has produced Ways Into Prayer. Its purpose is to help us to develop and deepen our relationship with God. It is primarily intended for use in parishes, schools or group settings. The Ways into Prayer pack contains leader’s notes and guided prayer exercises.

Prayer lies at the very heart of the life of the Church and is the foundation of Christian discipleship. In prayer we relate to God with the whole of our being: with heart, mind, body and soul. Prayer will always be a journey of discovery where we continue to be surprised by God (Introduction, Ways Into Prayer).

In additon to the hard copies which can be ordered via our store, you can also view and download all of the material on the Spirituality Commission Website via the button below.
